First Lieutenant Victoria “Vicki” Easley is the Master Planner for the 627 Civil Engineer Squadron (627 CES) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). She is responsible for coordinating efforts between the Army and Air Force tenant units on JBLM, working with higher echelon Air Force strategic planners at the Air Mobility Command and Air Force CIvil Engineer Center, and coordinating engineering projects with the Department of Public Works (DPW) and non-military contractors. Lieutenant Easley spearheaded the JBLM McChord Airfield vegetation obstruction project and was responsible for ensuring all waivers and plans were successfully processed to carry out a large-scale commercial-military drone LiDAR survey at JBLM.
