The U.S. Institute of Building Documentation (USIBD) is the first U.S. membership organization to focus specifically on supporting the Building Documentation Industry. The USIBD is committed to being the leading resource for all stakeholder groups with an interest in Building Documentation. As such, the USIBD strives to provide its members with a network of support and information, embracing industry professionals throughout the U.S. and Internationally.
The USIBD Annual Symposium brings together all stakeholders in building documentation to network and exchange ideas and information related to building documentation.
Sessions are aimed at service providers and to the stakeholders who hire them, and focus on unique building documentation projects, improved workflows, applications leading to improved ROI, and more.
USIBD members include all stakeholders in building documentation, including architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, realtors, project managers, building/site managers, BIM/CAD managers, GPS specialists, GIS specialists, imaging specialists, CAD/model specialists, programmers, professors, students and more.
