Accessibility in the venue

The Salt Palace is accessible for all guests and compliant with ADA standards.

Parking options for those with disabilities

The Salt Palace offers two convenient underground automated garages that are open 24 hours a day:

  • 200 South Lot – Two Entrances: Enter off of 200 South between West Temple and 200 West or enter off of 200 West just south of the dock entrance.
  • 300 West Lot – Two Entrances: Enter off of 300 West between 100 South and South Temple or enter off of 100 South between 200 West just past the Japanese Garden.

Service Animals

Trained and certified guide dogs or service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Wheelchair/Mobility Scooter Rentals

There are a limited amount of scooters/wheelchairs onsite available to rent. Attendees can request through the following online form and pay via credit card: SPCC Scooter and Wheelchair Rental

Additional onsite requests can be made at the Guest Services Offices located on Level 1, next to Room 151/Hall A.

Mother’s Room

There are rooms available for nursing mothers throughout the Salt Palace. On the first level, mother’s rooms are located just outside of Hall A and Hall B. On the second level, the mother’s room is located in the Upper Concourse across from Room 252.
