Stephanie is an industry expert with over 20 years of experience working with imagery and remote sensing applications. She is a strong advocate for GIS users within the remote sensing community, and focuses on bring these two communities closer together via community engagement and collaboration.
Stephanie has unique professional background, in that she has contributed in a number of diverse roles including Scientist, Developer, Professor, Program Manager, Product Manager, and Business Lead. She has provided mentoring to young professionals via the Women in GIS program and during her work as an adjunct professor in remote sensing.
Stephanie is actively engaged with the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) where she holds executive positions. She has a B.S. in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University, and a M.S. in Forest Management (Remote Sensing) from the University of Maine.
