Rachel Stuckey, MS, is the GIS Analyst at the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI). At OKI, Rachel supports regional planning initiatives by developing maps, managing geospatial data, and enhancing workflows through automation. She earned her Master of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Geographic Information Systems from Murray State University (2023).Rachel’s recent work focuses on applying deep learning techniques to analyze high resolution imagery to enhance existing datasets and generate new geospatial layers for infrastructure and planning needs across the region
