Jennifer Horsman is a GIS specialist, UAS pilot, and geologist at Research Planning, Inc. (RPI). She specializes in shoreline mapping and classification, data visualization, geospatial application development, and remote sensing. Ms. Horsman manages the UAS program at RPI which has produced guidance documents for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG) on the use of UAS for oil spill and hurricane response. She has SCAT training, is a FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, and actively participates in oil spill and hurricane response in support of NOAA and the USCG.
