Dr. David Kelley joined 3DEO as a lidar scientist in Febuary 2019. Before joining 3DEO, David developed mid-IR spectroscopy products and applications using quantum cascade lasers at Block Engineering. He has a PhD in Physics from Syracuse University, where he worked in the LIGO group on optical spring research.
