Dan has been with Cook County’s Bureau of Technology as the GIS Manager since 2023. Prior to joining the county, he work in mosquito control operations and applied research of vector-borne disease. He enjoys leading a very talented team and facilitating the County’s GIS mission. Dan has a passion for all things remote sensing and will be graduating from Penn State University with a Master’s in Spatial Data Science in December 2025.
