Kourosh Langari has joined HNTB as a Senior Advisor in Digital Delivery! He brings more than 38 years of hands-on expertise in planning, design, and construction management — particularly in transforming how Departments of Transportation (DOTs) leverage Reality Capture, BIM, GIS, and integrated delivery processes (IPD). Kourosh’s deep experience with platforms like Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, and Esri, combined with his leadership implementing IPD and ISO 19650 standards, positions him uniquely to drive DOT-level transformation in how infrastructure projects are digitally designed, delivered and maintained. Kourosh also brings experience from Caltrans, where he oversaw multiple pilot programs that established Common Data Environments, standardized workflows and rigorous QA/QC practices. Kourosh’s contributions will accelerate HNTB’s ability to help clients across the transportation sector modernize delivery methods, improve data quality and realize greater efficiency and value.
