Scott Merritt is Director of R&D at Bowman Geospatial. He has held positions in operations and sales, providing valuable experience to guide the development of innovative solutions. This has been a cycle of integrating the latest advancements in remote sensing to build foundational geospatial products like orthoimagery and lidar. Over the past 23 years on NAIP Bowman has developed a highly automated system to process both frame and line imagery using best of breed in-house, open source and commercial software. Scott is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist and received a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design.
