As Vice President, Shared Services, David manages both the Wide Area Data Program in the US and the Gray Skies (Disaster Response) worldwide. The worldwide GCP collection is also administered by his team which contributes to the overall quality of the Vexcel Data Program products. Dave and his team are also responsible for 3rd party contracting and worldwide camera asset distribution.
In his career at Vexcel’s subsidiary, Keystone Aerial Surveys, Dave served as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Digital Workflow Manager and Director of Keystone’s UAS division among many roles. In the 29 years that Dave has spent in the industry, he has developed expertise on every level of project completion including the acquisition of imagery as a photographer, post processing and quality-control operations, post-production finishing work, and project management. Dave is a Certified Photogrammetrist (CP) and a Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP.)
