Qualifying full-time undergraduate or graduate students can attend the full conference at a discounted rate of $400. This includes access to all conference sessions, keynotes, the exhibit hall, and networking events.
Eligible full-time students can explore the exhibit hall at no cost. This pass grants access to the full exhibitor floor and all on-floor programming.
Only full-time undergraduate or graduate students are eligible for the free Student Exhibit Hall Only Pass or the discounted Student Conference Pass Rate. To unlock student pricing select “Student” from the demographics drop down menu and register with your student email address (.edu).
Proof of full-time student status is required when picking up your badge. Acceptable forms of verification include:
An unofficial transcript showing enrollment through Fall 2025 or Spring 2026
A student ID indicating the year 2025 or 2026.
Government professionals interested in purchasing a Full Conference Pass qualify for the government rate which is $200 off the listed Full Conference Pass price. Government employees qualify for tax-exempt registration. During registration, you will have the opportunity to upload proof of tax exemption, or you may choose to skip this step during registration and pay by invoice later. If paying by invoice, please email proof of tax-exempt status to [email protected] and include “Geo Week Tax Exemption” in the subject line. If you’ve already registered and paid taxes, any applicable taxes will be refunded upon receipt of documentation, which must be received prior to attending.
