Exhibitor Move-Out Bulletin

Thursday, February 19            8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Freeman Exhibitor Support will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and label in advance. Complete the Outbound Shipping form and your paperwork will be available at show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when planning for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show.

All carriers must check-in no later than 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 19th.  Drivers not checked in by this time will risk the possibility of their shipments going out on the house carrier at the exhibitor’s expense. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when arranging for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show.

No display material, in whole or in part, may be removed from the exhibit area prior to the close of the event at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18th.  Please arrange your travel plans and schedule flights accordingly.

Move-out through the convention center lobbies is strictly limited to hand-carry items. Examples of acceptable hand-carry materials include boxes, suitcases or fiberboard shipping cartons carried by one person.

The use of dollies, flatbeds and mechanical equipment is prohibited.  All packages are subject to inspection by facility personnel.

If not done in advance, you may plan to have your exhibit returned by visiting the Exhibitor Service Desk area on site. Every outbound shipment will require an Outbound Material Handling Agreement and labels.

Excessive booth materials or literature left in the booth at the end of the move-out that is not labeled for an outbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash.
The exhibitor will be charged for the removal and disposal of these items. Charges may include installation & dismantle labor, forklift labor and/or dumpster fee.

24-hour security service is maintained in the exposition area from the initial move-in period until the last piece of freight is removed.
Exhibitors are reminded that they are responsible for the protection of their own product and exhibit materials at all times.
