If you are hiring a third-party contractor to design & build your booth, make sure to submit the EAC form as soon as possible!
Move-in and move-out through the convention center lobbies is strictly limited to hand-carry items. Examples of acceptable hand-carry materials include boxes, suitcases, or fiberboard shipping cartons carried by one person, portable displays on wheels and small luggage racks. The use of carts, dollies, flatbeds, pallet jacks or other mechanical equipment is prohibited. Material requiring the use of wheeled or mechanical equipment for movement must be handled by Union Labor and delivered to the exhibit floor via the loading docks. If you will require labor for delivering your materials to your booth from the loading dock, dock, labor can be hired through Freeman.
As conditions permit, space may be made available for exhibitor owned vehicles to load or unload. One person should remain with the vehicle at all times. Due to volume and time constraints, exhibitor owned vehicles must be capable of being loaded/unloaded within fifteen minutes. Any questions should be addressed to the Official Service Contractor or show management:
Freeman – 888.508.5054
Cassady Applegarth – capplegarth@divcom.com
Please refer to the map below for where to load and unload personally operated vehicles.
Event Management works diligently with the facility to ensure the safety and security of all exhibitors, attendees, and the event.
If your booth contains a lot of valuables which are difficult to secure or time consuming to setup and teardown daily, it is recommended that you hire your own security guard overnight. The expense will be justified should you lose one item.
Exhibitor Booth Security can be arranged by contacting Global Security Solutions at 1.855.357.0413 or by email at info@globalSecuritySolutionsLLC.com
Place your order ASAP for Convention Data Services Lead Retrieval to maximize the return on your investment! Scan attendee badges at your booth and build a database of prospective customers.
NEW Sustainability Effort: Exhibit area/booths and exhibit hall aisles will NOT be carpeted.
