Vaccination Requirements

Geo Week exhibitors and attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination.  See below about negative test proof or proof of recovery from COVID-19 as acceptable alternatives to the vaccination requirement.

> What is considered acceptable Proof of Vaccination?

  • COVID-19 vaccination record card (issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card1). Vaccination cards must include the name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and the date the last dose was administered.
  • Photo of your Vaccination Card or immunization record stored on a phone or electronic device
  • Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider

> Are boosters required?

We are following all recommendations from public health officials, federal, state, and local authorities, and venues. At this time, the first series of shots are adequate vaccination proof to attend Geo Week. Boosters are not required for the show.

> Negative Test Proof - Onsite Testing

Geo Week will have rapid antigen testing available at the main event entrance in Lobby A of the Colorado Convention Center. Testing will be administered by healthcare professionals and is only available for event access.

Hours of operation:

Sunday, February 6th       7AM – 5PM
Monday, February 7th     8AM – 5PM
Tuesday, February 8th     8AM – 2PM

COST: $65

> Negative Test Proof - PCR Testing

Alternatively, Geo Week exhibitors and attendees may show proof of a negative PCR test as an acceptable alternative to the vaccination requirement. The following are acceptable and must include the person’s name, type of test performed, and the negative test result within 72 hours of arrival to pick up your badge:

  • Printed document from the test provider or laboratory
  • An electronic test result displayed on a phone or other device from the test provider or laboratory

> Where can I get tested?

You may get tested in your home state within 72 hours of picking up your badge. For information on testing in Denver, please visit https://www.denvergov.org/Government/COVID-19-Information/Getting-Tested

> Will you accept proof of recovery from COVID-19 in place of a negative test result?

Yes, if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and can provide a letter stating Proof of Recovery from an approved health provider with name/date within 90 days of the event, this is acceptable in lieu of a negative test per the CDC.

> How many times will I need to show proof?

You will only be required to show proof of vaccination or negative test or proof of recovery to pick your official Geo Week badge at registration; once you have your badge, that will be your verification upon entry for the following days.
