Exhibitor Registration

As conditions permit, space may be made available for exhibitor owned vehicles to load or unload. One person should remain with the vehicle at all times.

Due to volume and time constraints, exhibitor owned vehicles must be capable of being loaded/unloaded within fifteen minutes.

Exhibitors can move-in and move-out through the Convention Center lobbies, however is strictly limited to hand-carry items. Examples of acceptable hand-carry materials include boxes, suitcases, or fiberboard shipping cartons carried by one person, portable displays on wheels and small luggage racks. 

The use of carts, dollies, flatbeds, pallet jacks or other mechanical equipment is prohibited.  Material requiring the use of wheeled or mechanical equipment for movement must be handled by Union Labor and delivered to the exhibit floor via the loading docks. 

If you will require labor for delivering your materials to your booth from the loading dock, dock, labor can be hired through Freeman.

Event Management works diligently with the facility to ensure the safety and security of all exhibitors, attendees, and the event.

If your booth contains a lot of valuables which are difficult to secure or time consuming to setup and teardown daily, it is recommended that you hire your own security guard overnight. The expense will be justified to not lose even one item.

Place your order ASAP for Maritz Lead Retrieval to maximize the return on your investment! Scan attendee badges at your booth and build a database of prospective customers.

 

Lunch will be available for purchase in the Exhibit Hall every day 10:30am to 2:30pm.  Avoid waiting in line by grabbing your lunch early before the exhibit hall opens to attendees.

Complimentary Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), will be available during the event throughout the exhibit hall, meeting rooms and public spaces. However, if you are streaming a video or presentation from the internet and uninterrupted bandwidth is vital, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet drop for your stand. While Wi-Fi is provided at no cost for all exhibitors and attendees, bandwidth congestion can occur on-site during peak hours and we will always recommend purchasing a hardwire drop if necessary.
