Tom is an expert planner with over 25 years of experience working on complex urban projects and how technology can advance from planning to implementation. As WSP USA’s, Vice President for Project Delivery and Innovation, Tom is a leader in innovation and assisting multi-disciplinary teams in all WSP sectors to apply GIS, visualization, digital delivery and digital twin solutions on strategic pursuits and projects globally.
He is a member of the American Planning Association (APA) and past Chair for the APA Technology Division, ACEC Illinois Transportation Planning Committee and TRB AED80(1) – BIM for Infrastructure Sub-Committee (SC) and ACEC Illinois Transportation Planning Committee.
