Mack Kowalski embarked on his professional journey in the geomatics and AEC industry in 2008, after an honorable separation from the US Army’s Second Ranger Battalion. Starting as an apprentice, Mack swiftly demonstrated his expertise, eventually being entrusted with leadership in construction staking. By 2012, his knowledge had expanded significantly, propelling him to the role of head of the survey department at a prominent construction company on the west coast. Under his guidance, operations spanned four states, and the foundational workflows he established remain integral to the company’s operations.
Mack’s exposure to LiDAR technology during his career ignited a deep fascination for its potential. This passion took a new turn in 2002 when he joined one of the top Leica dealerships in the United States. Here, he discovered his innate enthusiasm for helping companies streamline their workflows and address their most pressing challenges. Driven by an unwavering commitment to the industry, Mack founded LiDAholics Consulting L.L.C., where he continues to contribute to the advancement of the geomatics and AEC fields.
