Courtney Malott has a B.S. in Geo-Environmental Sciences with a minor in GIS from Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania. Early career accomplishments include lidar processing, editing, and QC for stormwater and flood management programs throughout the U.S. Her career expanded to local government as a Stormwater Technician with the Washington County, Maryland MS4 team. Courtney recently joined Fugro’s Commercial group with a focus on machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and quality of lidar point classifications (Sense.LidarTM) and 3D building model and GIS platform development for improving Emergency Services operations (RapidSOS-ready SIMmetryTM) and Asset Management operations.
