Chad brings over 20 years of Geographic Information System (GIS) and WebGIS service design experience for municipal utility districts, cities, and private clientele. Over that time, he’s grown from mapping technician to manager of a team of developers, analysts and technicians. He’s experienced in the deployment of web-based mapping enterprise solutions which serve as the single source of truth for project management and data delivery. He’s currently the Geospatial manager for STV which includes the GIS group, the sUAS group and Meeting the Challenge (MTC), a wholly owned subsidiary of STV that focuses solely on ADA accessibility and compliance projects.
