Chad brings over 20 years of Geographic Information System (GIS) and WebGIS service design experience for municipal utility districts, cities, and private clientele. Over that time, he’s grown his skillset from mapping technician to analyst and eventually to manager of a team of developers, analysts and technicians. He’s experienced in the deployment of web-based mapping enterprise systems which serve as the single source of truth for project management and data delivery. He has experience with many data formats and is constantly pushing on the forefront of technology in the AEC industry. Some of the tools he’s used include managing accounts for ArcGIS Enterprise with Portal and ArcGIS Online. He’s created webMaps/Apps supporting field data collection efforts using Collector, Dashboard, Geoform, Survey123, and Explorer. He’s well-versed in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro along with most of the complete stack of ESRI products. As a FAA Part-107 licensed pilot, he also manages all sUAS operations and inventory. He’s currently the Geospatial manager for STV which includes the GIS group, the sUAS group and Meeting the Challenge, a wholly owned subsidiary of STV that focuses solely on ADA accessibility and compliance projects.
