Eligible teams must have made a significant impact on their organization or community involving technical excellence, professional development or innovation within the realm of geospatial lidar technology. A team can be a small company, or a unit within a larger company or public sector organization.

Eligible innovations can qualify from a company, a unit within a company or public sector organization, or an individual. They can be technology, a product, or a business model in the realm of geospatial technologies. The technology, product or business model must be on the market for less than one year, or not yet on the market but demonstrably operational.
