Parking Information

As conditions permit, space may be made available for exhibitor owned vehicles to load or unload. One person should remain with the vehicle at all times. Due to volume and time constraints, exhibitor owned vehicles must be capable of being loaded/unloaded within fifteen minutes.

POV Loading Dock Map

Move-in and move-out through the convention center lobbies is strictly limited to hand carried items. Examples of acceptable hand-carry materials include:

  • Boxes
  • Suitcases
  • Fiberboard shipping cartons (carried by one person)
  • Portable displays on wheels
  • Small luggage racks

The use of carts, dollies, cart beds, pallet jacks, or any other mechanical equipment is strictly prohibited. Materials requiring wheeled or mechanical equipment for transport must be handled by union labor and delivered to the exhibit via the loading docks.

If you require assistance delivering materials to your booth from the loading dock, labor can be arranged through Freeman.

Shipping and On-site Logistics

Review your company profile information that appears in the exhibitor list & event mobile app, including categories and contact details through the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).

You will now have the ability to create your own password to log in to the ERC. To create your new password, click on the link below and then click the ‘Log in’ button. From there, enter your email address and click the Next button. On the next screen click on ‘Forgot Password/First Time Login’ and enter your email address. You will be sent an email from Events IdP <[email protected]> providing access to create/reset your password. Follow the instructions and log in.

Contact Customer Service if you do not receive this email.

Edit Your Company Profile

Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. To access your company’s badge allotment, please select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the booth confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company.
If you need your password re-sent, please email [email protected]. If you are a Co-Exhibiting company, please contact your lead exhibitor for the password to register.

Full Event Schedule

Complimentary Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) will be available during the event throughout the exhibit hall, meeting rooms and public spaces. However, if you are streaming a video or presentation from the internet and uninterrupted bandwidth is vital, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet drop for your stand. While Wi-Fi is provided at no cost for all exhibitors and attendees, bandwidth congestion can occur on-site during peak hours, and we will always recommend purchasing a hardwire drop if necessary. Refer to the Order Services section to order additional internet services.

Below you will find safety and security recommendations, as well as the Emergency Response Plan for the event. Take a moment to review and familiarize yourself with this information in advance of the event and share it with any of your staff who will be onsite.

  • 3′ high black side dividers
  • Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a one-line identification sign

Please note:

  • Booth packages (tables, chairs, and wastebaskets) are not included with your contracted exhibit space
  • Exhibitors are responsible for furnishing their booth space

EXHIBIT HALL CARPET

  • Exhibit hall aisles will not be carpeted by event management
  • Booth carpet is not included or required in your contracted space.
