How much does it cost to attend Geo Week, and how can I sign up?

• A pass that includes the Academic Hub and Exhibit Hall is FREE for students, and includes full Academic Hub access, Exhibit Hall Access, Exhibit Hall Theater Presentations, Produce Previews, the Geo Week Awards Celebration, and Networking Events. Use code HUB2025 when registering to secure this free pass.

• A pass that includes full Geo Week Conference Access is $400 for students. It includes the items in the Academic Hub/Exhibit Hall pass, plus admission to all Geo Week and ASPRS Conference sessions, and lunch vouchers for all three days of the event.

Note: Only full-time undergraduate or graduate students qualify for the free Student Exhibit Hall Only Pass or the Student Conference Pass Rate. Please be prepared to show proof that you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student upon badge pick up. The following are acceptable credentials: an unofficial transcript showing enrollment through the Fall of 2023 or student ID indicating 2023.
