Ms. Ostertag has over eight years of experience in site investigation/remediation, litigation support, and geospatial data analytics and visualization for entities in the US. She is a FAA certified commercial pilot for unmanned aircraft and possesses extensive knowledge in utilizing geographic information systems (GIS) to facilitate the collection, analysis, visualization, and communication of geospatial information. Her expertise includes drone data collection and the analysis of photogrammetric and remote sensing data, encompassing LiDAR, multispectral, hyperspectral, and thermal payloads. Additionally, she is skilled in the collection of various analytical samples, including groundwater, stormwater, drinking water, indoor air, soil, bedrock, and surface water.
In her current role, Ms. Ostertag provides technical GIS resources to project teams and performs data analysis, automation, spatial calculations, and production mapping tasks. She is responsible for collecting and processing drone and satellite data products, and leverages her background in geology, geostatistical analysis, and environmental consulting to assist with environmental data and project management tasks.
