Ross Winans is a Geospatial Data Scientist with NV5’s Enterprise GIS Division, and serves as Principal AI Architect on the GeoIQ Project. Prior to NV5, Ross worked as a contractor to the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as a GIS Analyst and Remote Sensing Specialist.
