Devon Borthwick

Devon Borthwick is a graduate student at the University of Wyoming, School of Computing, pursuing a Master’s in GIST, expected to graduate this spring. Her research focuses on how we can use remote sensing for various applications in natural hazards. Currently, her work focuses on how we can best optimize damage assessment techniques using volunteers.
