Before joining Esri, Arkadiusz spent over 15 years leading and consulting on Aerial, Drone, Mobile Mapping, LiDAR, and 3D projects worldwide. This practical experience gives him a unique perspective on bridging data acquisition, Reality Mapping, and enterprise GIS adoption.
Today, he works with distributors, governments, cities, infrastructure owners, and national mapping agencies around the world to build the foundational reality layers that power modern GIS, Geospatial AI, and Digital Twins. At Esri, he leads the global adoption of Reality Mapping through strategy, business development, and industry thought leadership.
