Exhibitor Move-Out Bulletin

Please take every precaution to guard your merchandise and property from theft. Watch and take care of any personal possessions such as handbags, laptop cases, etc. Please do not leave your goods unattended.

No display material, in whole or in part, may be removed from the exhibit area prior to 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 7th.   

If you have not done so in advance, you may make arrangements to have your exhibit returned by visiting the Freeman Exhibitor Service Desk located at the back left side of the exhibit hall.

Thursday, September 5:                3:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Freeman will complete the empty return process by 9:00 p.m. on September 5th.

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by September 5, at 10:00 pm To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carrier’s check-in by September 5, at 8:00 pm

Exhibitors may hand-carry their own materials out of the exhibit facility. However, the use of pallet jacks, fork-lifts, or other mechanical equipment is not permitted.
