Rutkowski came on board as Bentley’s CIO in 2016, joining the company from MWH, where she also held the position of CIO. In her role at MWH, Rutkowski was responsible for delivering IT strategy, services, and support to 7,000 engineering professionals worldwide. At Bentley, she assumed leadership of the global IT organization, shaping and executing a comprehensive technology agenda across the company’s business operations.
Collaborating closely with executive leadership, Rutkowski ensured that Bentley leveraged the most advanced solutions to achieve the company’s goals and meet the evolving needs of its users.
