Claire Rutkowski is WSP’s Americas’ Regional IT Business Partner and Digital Transformation. Rutkowski is an accomplished strategist known for her ability to develop and implement innovative solutions for complex challenges. As a C-level technology executive, she possesses extensive expertise in IT leadership and has a track record of consistently delivering creative and cost-effective initiatives that drive business strategy. Rutkowski joined WSP as part of the POWER Engineers’ acquisition, where she was the CIO. She spent seven years at Bentley Systems, where she also held the position of CIO, and many years at MWH Engineers. Rutkowski has always been responsible for delivering IT strategy, services and support to engineering and technology professionals – exceling at shaping and executing comprehensive technology agendas across business operations. Rutkowski is a designated Project Management Professional (PMP). She has earned numerous awards, including Top 50 Women CIOs Globally in 2024 by Women We Admire, Top 10 Most Inspiring Women Leaders in 2022 by CIO Views and Top 80 CIOs You Should Know in 2020 by Nextiva.
