What is it? Summary (~150 words): Civils.ai is construction AI built to read the drawings and ground data that general-purpose models can’t. Teams upload PDF drawings and geotechnical reports, including scanned and historic sheets, and type a scope in plain English, such as “measure all paving and landscaping areas”. AI agents return areas, lengths, excavation volumes and counts on an annotated drawing, checked by semi-automated QA and exportable to Excel, GIS databse or PDF.
