Eddie Fossler is a Vice President and Technical Expert and Quality Management Leader at Olsson, a multidisciplinary engineering firm serving transportation, broadband, and infrastructure clients across the United States. He has spent nearly 30 years in survey and civil engineering production, starting as a survey CAD technician and working through every layer of the deliverable pipeline: ALTA surveys, topographic mapping, TIN surfaces, and Civil 3D workflows. At Olsson, Eddie leads quality management for survey production and has guided the firm’s adoption of reality capture and AI-enabled extraction workflows. He is also an ambassador for Get Kids Into Survey, helping bring the next generation into the profession.
