Mr. Corrigan is a research engineer for the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration in the Office of Infrastructure R&D located at the Turner Fairbank Highway Research Center. He leads and manages a diverse portfolio of research projects across the areas of highway construction, digital highway infrastructure project delivery, and associated technologies. As co-chair of the FHWA’s Digital Delivery Stakeholder Group, Mr. Corrigan champions digital delivery, interoperability, and the deployment of innovation with State DOT and industry partners in the U.S.
