DatuBIM Progress Tracking

What is it? On heavy civil projects, percent complete is an opinion. DatuBIM Progress Tracking makes it evidence. Import your P6 or MS Project schedule, convert 2D CAD into measurable design objects, link them to activities, and record what’s built against the drone data you already fly. Field crews add photo and video proof from mobile. Weighted, inspectable roll-up gives one defensible completion number and a forecast end date from real production rates. Built for infrastructure, not adapted to it.

Who is using it? Progress Tracking is built for the people who own the completion number: project controls managers, schedulers and project directors on heavy civil work, and the owners and DOT program teams they report to. Typical scope is rail, road, bridge, earthworks and utilities too large to assess on foot. Office teams define objects and weights; field crews and inspectors update the same activities from the DatuBIM Onsite mobile app.
