Wingcopter 198
What is it? The Wingcopter 198 is a fixed-wing eVTOL, capable of taking off and landing vertically without any need for infrastructure, while also flying long distances with heavy payloads, even in harsh weather conditions. At the center of its design are safety and reliability with a validated lifetime of more than 2,000 flight hours. We fly scanning missions of up to 60 km with high-end sensors, collecting up to 570 pts/m², therefore being well-positioned to substitute helicopters.
Who is using it? The Wingcopter 198 is perfectly suited for all kinds of long-range linear infrastructure inspections such as power lines, pipelines, railways, roads etc. It fills a gap for many surveyors as it is much more powerful than multicopter solutions and way cheaper, more efficient and greener than helicopters.
