Julia Guerra is the Solutions Architect at FlyGuys, where she leads the design and execution of aerial data collection strategies that support accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across diverse industries. With a background in construction and a passion for surveying and drone technology, Julia has built and scaled internal drone programs for major construction firms, specializing in reality capture solutions such as LiDAR, photogrammetry, thermal imaging, and 3D modeling.
Before joining FlyGuys, Julia served as a Tools and Technology Specialist and Drone Subject Matter Expert at Black & Veatch, where she implemented advanced tech platforms—including DroneDeploy, Autodesk, Procore, and AgTek—across global construction sites. She has also played a key role in developing autonomous machinery workflows and driving innovation in sustainability projects like solar and green hydrogen.
Julia’s expertise spans system integration, field-to-cloud workflows, and cross-functional team training, making her a trusted bridge between technical teams, field operators, and clients.
