Providing Unified Geospatial Intelligence Through Aerial Data, Analytics and AI
This product developed by Aerial Surveys International, Polygon Solutions, and Urban Hawk is a multi-disciplinary geospatial framework; it is purpose-built for critical infrastructure projects. High-resolution LiDAR data from Aerial Surveys International is utilized for the 3D spatial backbone focused on the asset filled environments, capturing precise elevation and structural details across transportation corridors, utility networks, and strategic zones. Polygon Solutions enhances these datasets with 3D modeling, meshing, and advanced geospatial analytics to support infrastructure monitoring and spatial simulations while Urban Hawk’s AI-powered Reasoning Model further layers in temporal aerial imagery analysis for automated object classification, change detection, and anomaly flagging. Attendees will observe use cases which will include but not limited to pipeline corridor surveillance, airfield security monitoring, transportation infrastructure lifecycle management, and rapid situational assessment in response to natural or manmade disruptions.

Reality capture doesn’t stop at the building envelope. In this session, explore how ArcGIS Indoors fuses 360-degree imagery and LiDAR-derived floor plans to create rich, explorable indoor environments, laying the foundation for indoor digital twins. We’ll demonstrate how to import 360° photos from reality capture platforms via E57 or directly from consumer grade 360-degree cameras, align them to indoor floor plans, and visualize spaces in 2D, 2.5D, and 3D. You’ll also see how vector floor plans can be sourced from PDFs, CAD, BIM, or LiDAR scans, enabling a seamless path from capture to operational indoor maps. For professionals looking to connect reality data, indoor mapping, digital twins.
TUESDAY, FEB 17 | 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Reality mapping creates precise 2D and 3D data from imagery and/or lidar—providing the foundation for modern GIS workflows like GeoAI and Digital Twins. ArcGIS Reality gives teams and communities a common view to collaborate, communicate, and act with confidence. Watch ArcGIS Reality in action as Esri Senior Solution Engineer Brian Connolly demonstrates how our reality mapping system can solve urban heat challenges through the power of location and 3D visualization. ArcGIS Reality is a suite of photogrammetry software products designed to enable reality capture workflows for sites, cities, and countries. Create a key component of your 3D digital twin with ArcGIS Reality. Turn drone, aerial, and satellite imagery into visually stunning and highly accurate maps and 3D models. Interact with a digital world that shows places and situations as they truly are, layered with geospatial data that enriches reality with greater context.
WEDNESDAY, FEB 18 | 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Join us for a live handheld Nexys scan demo and see how high-fidelity 3D spatial data can be captured quickly and intuitively in real time. We’ll demonstrate how Nexys delivers immediate point cloud visualization and spatial awareness in complex or confined environments, with minimal setup and no post-processing delays. Attendees will experience how the same platform supports flexible, modular workflows while operating in handheld mode today with the option to scale seamlessly into autonomous mapping when needed. Walk away with a clear understanding of how Nexys fits into real-world mapping, inspection, and digital twin applications.
TUESDAY, FEB 17 | 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
We have a revolutionary new drone lidar workflow that allows anyone to capture lidar + RGB camera data and process point clouds in minutes with ease. The Freefly FLOW app can be found on the Apple App Store for FREE! Freefly FLOW will allow any FLUX lidar users to process beautiful point clouds in roughly 25% of the time it took to fly the mission. This workflow couldn’t be simpler and no one in the lidar industry offers FREE software in perpetuity, Freefly is domesticating point clouds, forever!
Since we can’t fly our drones inside for the demo, we’ll have several pre-flown datasets captured over unique outdoor environments with all 3 Flux lidar variants. In addition to having our drone + lidar hardware sitting nearby (stationary), we’ll have several iPad Pro’s to hand around to anyone interested in pulling the USB-C thumb drive out of the lidar and processing a dataset in real time, evaluating a point cloud(s) for them to explore. In a few minutes, each attendee will fully understand and have completed the full processing workflow (just skipped the flying)!
MONDAY, FEB 16 | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
End-to-end LiDAR to ArcGIS Indoors integration leveraging robotic mobile mapping with an all-terrain robotic quadruped. GeoConvergence captures survey-grade 3D data of intricate indoor environments and facilities anywhere without disrupting operation and with automated anonymization ensuring HIPAA compliance. These combined workflows enable quick data collection for the creation of high-quality digital twins used for facility management, maintenance, and planning. High-density point clouds and extraction methods produce inputs for ArcGIS Indoors Information Models, and 3D enabled Indoors data. These are then leveraged across the ArcGIS Enterprise platform and applications.
