Dave Neff

Dave Neff is an NSPS/THSOA Certified Hydrographer with over 20 years of experience performing and managing hydrographic survey projects from the eastern, western and gulf regions of the United States as well internationally. He is experienced in all aspects of NOAA charting including contract negotiations, vessel mobilization, client correspondence, staff scheduling and management, developing processing workflows, QA/QC of hydrographic data, reporting and final data review. Levering his degree in Ocean Engineering, Dave is highly skilled in the development of processing workflows for new technology and data management of large volume datasets, and has been instrumental in the implementation of autonomous technology in hydrographic workflows since 2015. He continues to be heavily involved business development and client correspondence with a focus on developing and integrating efficient and cost-effective survey technologies into Woolpert’s broad service offerings.
