Christopher Macon

Chris Macon works for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX).  JALBTCX’s mission is to perform operations, research, and development in airborne lidar bathymetry and complementary technologies to support coastal mapping.  He is currently the operations manager for the National Coastal Mapping Program and manages both in-house and contract survey planning, execution, along with testing new coastal mapping systems as they come into the market place.
