BIG NEWS! Geo Week is heading to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2027
Geo Week is built by practitioners, for practitioners. We’re looking for professionals who have solved hard problems, developed new workflows, or pushed the limits of what geospatial technology can do in the real world. If that sounds like you or someone on your team, we want to hear about it. Submissions are open until July 17, 2026.

Accepted speakers will be matched to sessions hosted by Geo Week, ASPRS, or Reality Capture Network (RCN) based on content fit. All full conference pass holders have access to programming across all three tracks. Registration will open in Fall 2026. All applicants will be contacted by September 2026.
New for students: To better align with the academic calendar, students have the option to either submit now through the general link above, or wait and submit between October 5 and November 6 in a student-only submission portal. Applicants who submit now will be notified when the submission window reopens in the fall.
Topics include, but are not limited to:

FOR CONFERENCE PRESENTERS
Please note that submissions do not guarantee acceptance onto the conference program. Preference will be given to end user and asset owner presenters. If you are interested in booking a Product Preview presentation, vendors are welcome to contact sales or learn more about exhibiting/sponsorship opportunities here.
Please note: Submissions must be original and not a repeat of presentations given at another conference. Marketing/Sales presentations will not be considered for the main program.
