I lead projects to integrate, automate, and enhance BIM/VDC applications/workflows and contribute to the success of delivering exceptional projects and technology solutions.
I specialize in construction delivery BIM workflows, technology, project execution, and innovation, and I’m responsible for the strategic BIM/VDC initiatives of CSM Group. I collaborate with national and regional leadership, project engineers and managers, and other BIM/VDC managers and coordinators to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in our projects’ planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations.
I develop and implement comprehensive BIM/VDC strategies tailored to construction projects, considering best practices, industry standards, and emerging technologies. I design and optimize BIM/VDC workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. I continuously review industry trends and emerging technologies for the potential to refine workflows and improve efficiency and project outcomes. I research, evaluate, and recommend BIM/VDC technologies and tools suitable for our projects. I also oversee implementing and integrating BIM/VDC software, hardware, and systems across CSM Group projects.
I provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure the successful execution of BIM/VDC processes throughout the project lifecycle and adherence to quality standards. I also develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate project teams on BIM/ VDC workflows, tools, and best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing throughout the organization.
I’m experienced in Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping Design, Construction Management, and BIM/VDC Management for large, complex, multiyear projects. I’ve used Terrestrial, aerial reality capture, and AR/VR to support BIM/VDC workflows. I’m proficient in industry-leading BIM/VDC software and lead the digital delivery of multidisciplinary teams on At-Risk and Design-Build project delivery.
I’m inspired to virtualize the built environment because I realize all the lives, time, energy, and money that can be saved by creating accurate BIM. I am passionate about learning and teaching what I’ve learned better to utilize BIM as a tool for all stakeholders.
