Todd Fagen

Todd Fagen has been working in the transportation engineering industry for 35 years. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Master of Science degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.  Todd has held leadership roles at Land Strategies, Inc., – as Co-Founder & President – from 1999 to 2008 and at Sam Schwartz Engineering as Vice President & Chicago General Manager from 2008 to 2010. Todd has testified as a transportation engineering expert witness on behalf of the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority.  He has also testified before the Illinois Commerce Commission regarding railroad crossing safety issues. As part of larger project teams, Todd has received awards from The American Council of Engineering Companies, The American Planning Association and The Congress for the New Urbanism.
