Dr. Seth Taylor is a Distinguished Engineer in Facilities Engineering at Chevron Technical Center, where he supports enterprise efforts to deliver digital twin solutions to Chevron’s global operating assets. Since 2018 he has worked closely with business unit partners and digital teams to deliver operational twins to complex facilities around the world. Prior to that, he led diverse teams of engineers, analysts and IT professionals in establishing key foundations for digital twin technology and related workflow transformation. Seth joined Chevron in 2012 as a mid-career hire following prior technology development roles at Northrop Grumman and General Electric. He works at the El Segundo Refinery in Southern California.
