With 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the geospatial sector and a Masters in Surveying and an MBA, Kai Duebbert is a second-generation surveyor who has made significant contributions to the industry. As a Managing Director/CEO, he played a vital role in the growth and development of Murphy Geospatial UK, transforming it into a leading company in the UK geospatial industry. More recently, since 2020, he has shifted his focus to the internet start-up Kompass BMS which provides a business management system specifically designed to support small to medium size surveying companies in streamlining their operations and processes.
