Known internationally for his VMAR expertise, Joseph brings years of experience as Lockheed Martin Space SME and senior technologist in developing and implementing pipelines for 3d capture, modeling and the use of high fidelity virtual representations of small to large real world environments. Joseph has spent decades using leading edge 3D capture and modeling technologies for use in design, quality control and validation, and the creation of digital twins for use in VMAR life cycle simulations. Joseph’s work includes digitally re-creating and analyzing existing workflows for factory utilization and flow optimization, improvement and stakeholder visualization, as well as post deployment monitoring and forensics. Working within Lockheed Martin Space and deploying across all Lockheed Martin LoB's, Joseph’s efforts focus on pushing COTS hardware and software to state-of-the-art 3D data capture, creation and use by internal and external stakeholders. Joseph’s in-depth knowledge of integrating data from multiple sensors, alternate collection and modeling methods, robotics and decades in R&D of emerging hardware and software to semi-automate development of accurate parametric models and simulation environments large and small have allowed him to remain at the forefront of the ever evolving and growing VMAR space within todays aerospace environment.
