Edward is a coastal and oceanographic engineer with 25 years of experience that involves a wide-ranging spectrum of coastal, port, and maritime planning and engineering. Edward’s working experience has been focused on coastal developments within Small Island Developing States (SIDS) where the combined paucity of nearshore data with the expense of traditional data collection magnifies the intrinsic benefits of remote sensing technology. Edward is driven to demonstrate Satellite Remote Sensing and EOMAP's technology to transform the approach to data and information for a multitude of uses, e.g., safety of navigation, landing operations, and to better understand coastal dynamics and processes. Edward also holds a Master of Law (LLM) degree in Construction Law and is a registered Arbitrator, concentrating on the Coastal and Maritime sector.
