David White is a Physical Scientist at the Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX). He leads UAS based photogrammetry and supports bathy lidar operations and production. He’s a Senior Army Representative on the National Coastal Mapping Program (NCMP), supporting the program with local coordination, project planning , ground truth acquisition, processing QA/QC, and logistical support.
