Andrew Kuder is the Army Program Manager for NV5’s eGIS group. He supports large-scale geospatial projects for multiple federal agencies. He provides enterprise GIS project management for application development, data management, data and metadata compilation, field collection of GIS assets, quality control, spatial analysis, web design, and website usability.
