After the handover from construction firms the owner, the work on buildings and other assets is far from over. As the monitoring of properties transitions from construction to facility management, the tools and workflows need to change as well. In this session, tools and technologies that help to continue the process that was started with BIM will be discussed, as well as additional tools and sensors (such as AI and automation) that can be leveraged for additional facility management tasks.
Discussion moderated by Jacob D'Albora, Director of BIM-FM Services, Associate VP, McVeigh & Mangum Engineering, Inc.
Session format includes moderated discussion followed by audience Q&A.
