We are seeking examples of cutting-edge digitization projects, unique applications for lidar, imagery, remote sensing, photogrammetry and other geospatial technologies, and innovative digital workflows for complex built world projects.
The pace of digital innovation is accelerating – and tools like lidar, laser scanning, photogrammetry, remote sensing, machine learning and AI are changing the way work is performed across myriad industries. With all of these advancements, many questions still remain. How are the latest advances in lidar expanding its capabilities and broadening its use? What can the ‘democratization’ of lidar and mobile mapping do for the surveying and mapping industry? How can large-scale infrastructure projects take advantage of the latest in geospatial technology? How are digital twins helping to reduce costly rework and increase efficiency from construction to ownership? How are emerging technologies helping to solve real-world problems? Are you able to define the ROI of your use of the technology?
To help answer these questions, we invite you to submit a presentation for consideration to be part of the Conference Program for Geo Week, a live event that will take place February 11-13, 2024 in Denver, Colorado.
In 2024, Geo Week and ASPRS are coming together more than ever to produce a single, comprehensive conference program. New this year, all conference attendees at the event will have access to both Geo Week and ASPRS sessions with a single conference pass. By filling out the single call for speakers below, you will be considered for sessions hosted either by Geo Week or ASPRS. If accepted, talks will be matched to the session that is a best fit for the content.

Topics of interest are defined by (but are not limited to) the following tracks:
FOR CONFERENCE PRESENTERS:
Preferred presentations for conference sessions should include a session description and list of learning objectives for the Geo Week audience. Presentations can cover everything from exemplary projects to new workflows, to novel applications of hardware and software, and more.
Please note that submissions do not guarantee acceptance onto the conference program. Preference will be given to end user and asset owner presenters. Vendors are encouraged to nominate asset owner customers to present or co-present. Product presentations will not be selected for the conference program. If you are interested in booking a Product Preview presentation, vendors are welcome to contact sales or learn more about exhibiting/sponsorship opportunities here.
Please note: Submissions must be original and not a repeat of presentations given at another conference. Marketing/Sales presentations will not be considered for the main program.
FOR STUDENTS:
You may also use the form below to submit a proposed talk or poster for the Student Hub (new for 2024!). Short student presentations of academic work as well as student posters will be reviewed and selected for inclusion in the Student Hub.
Please note: Submissions must be authored and presented by the student.
Complete the form below to submit a proposal. All applicants will be contacted by October 2023.
